Little Turtle Come Out of Your Shell!

Hi Mama,

We just want to tell you that we are so excited that our first baby in the family is on its way. This is your miracle, Mama. You left this Earth and your soul floated into my tummy and blessed her with a baby girl. We love you and miss you so much!

Chinese Zodiac: 1922

Chinese Zodiac

Year of the Dog

1922
, 1934, 1946, 1958, 1970, 1982, 1994, 2006

People born in the Year of the Dog possess the best traits of human nature. They have a deep sense of loyalty, are honest, and inspire other people's confidence because they know how to keep secrets. But Dog People are somewhat selfish, terribly stubborn, and eccentric. They care little for wealth, yet somehow always seem to have money. They can be cold emotionally and sometimes distant at parties. They can find fault with many things and are noted for their sharp tongues. Dog people make good leaders. They are compatible with those born in the Years of the Horse, Tiger, and Rabbit.

Action Alert Update!

What: Senate Passed NIH Amendment
When: February 3, 2009 at 10:00pm Eastern

Dear Supporters:

At 10:00pm last night (2/3rd), the US Senate passed an amendment to raise the National Institutes of Health (NIH) funding by $10 billion.

This investment would support more research on Alzheimer’s and other diseases.

The amendment's passage does not guarantee that the NIH funding will be in the final Economic Recovery Act (Senate Bill 1), but we are a step closer.

No further action is needed at this time.

Thank you for your continued support of the Alzheimer's Association mission.

We will be in touch with additional actions to help move the cause forward in the near future.
